Hello! I am an ecologist at the University of Nottingham with broad interests in evolution, behaviour and conservation.

Current research projects include the study of a) the evolution of visual, olfactory and acoustic signals in animals, b) the ecological effects of rewilding, and c) the ecology & conservation of reedbeds and harvest mice.

I do empirical and theoretical research with a range of study species from hoverflies to crab spiders, and hyaenas to ancient trees.

I am always keen to hear from prospective postgraduate students and collaborators, so please email me (link below)!
