Associate Professor @ Life Sciences, University of Nottingham.
Hello! I am an evolutionary and behavioural ecologist at the University of Nottingham. My main research interests are understanding the evolution of visual, olfactory and acoustic signals in animals, and the ecology and conservation of reedbeds and harvest mice.
I do empirical and theoretical research with a range of study species from hoverflies to crab spiders, and hyaenas to ancient trees.
I am always keen to hear from prospective postgraduate students and collaborators, so please email me (link below)!
